Place a metal rack in your slow cooker. Arrange the ham on the rack, cover and cook on low 5-6 hours. Remove the ham and the rack from the slow cooker and pour the juices out of the slow cooker. Remove the rind from the ham. Score and stud the ham with the whole clove pieces. Place the ham back into the slow cooker. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a heavy skillet and cook, stirring until all is mix well. Spoon the sauce over the ham, cover and cook on High for 30-40 minutes basting with the sauce several times during the cooking time. Slice the ham and measure out four 4-ounce servings. Measure out the remaining ham into 2-4-ounce packets and store for later use in Ziploc bags and use when needed; be sure to label your packets of ham. Place each 4-ounce serving on a warm plate and divide the remaining sauce into four equal servings. Pour one serving of sauce over each serving of ham. Each 2-ounce packet of regular ham contains 3 PointsPlus. If your ham is very lean then each 2-ounce packet contains 2 PointsPlus.
